OAK GAZEBOS
OAK GAZEBOS
An oak gazebo can make a lovely focal point or can be used as a sheltered area for seating, alfresco dining, or even a hot tub. Using an oak frame ensures that a gazebo will blend beautifully with its surroundings and provide a lifetime of service. The design is fully customisable to suit your requirements and could include raised decking, handrails, enclosed sides, cooking areas, hot tub fittings, tiles or cedar shingles, and more.

Why Choose an Oak Gazebo for Your Garden?
All of our gazebos are built using time-honoured techniques such as mortise and tenon joints, dovetail connections, and curved braces. All are also finished with oak pegs. This level of detail comes from over 30 years of specialist experience, with every frame crafted at our East Sussex base, set within ancient woodland that inspires our approach.
Over time, the timber will naturally weather to a soft silver patina, helping your gazebo settle gracefully into its surroundings – whether you’re planning a spot for peaceful reading, outdoor dining, a covered hot tub, or a focal point for entertaining.

Bespoke Designs Tailored for You
Our in-house designers are on hand to help you create a structure that’s completely your own, no matter if you’re working with a sloped lawn, an unusual footprint, or a specific vision. It’s a collaborative process.
Our team can help you adjust every element, from the roof profile – cedar shingles, clay tiles, or even glass panels – to the footprint, allowing for square, hexagonal, octagonal, or fully custom shapes. Raised oak decking can be added beneath for a sturdy platform, while handrails, balustrades, and enclosed sides offer added privacy or wind protection. Integrated features such as lighting channels, electric wiring conduits, support for outdoor heating, or built-in shelves can also be included.

Installing Your Gazebo with Ease
Every frame is carefully dry-built in our workshop before dispatch, meaning all joints are pre-tested and every component is precision-cut for a seamless fit and a smoother, more straightforward build on site.
Whether you’re a confident DIYer or bringing in help, each kit arrives with clear, step-by-step instructions and pre-numbered joints to guide the process. For those who prefer to leave it to the professionals, we also offer a full white-glove installation service via trusted nationwide teams.

Sustainable and Responsible by Design
Every oak gazebo is crafted using FSC-certified timber sourced from responsibly managed forests, ensuring environmental impact is minimised from the very beginning.
Sustainability runs through the entire production process. Offcuts from oak frames are never wasted – instead being repurposed into biomass fuel or eco-nuggets that help heat our kilns and facilities. Across our wider product ranges, you’ll also find thermo-treated timber processed without chemicals, offering greater durability with a lighter footprint.

We offer a bespoke design service, ensuring your gazebo is proportioned to suit your specific space – from compact patios to large landscaped gardens. Our experienced team can guide you through design decisions to ensure the structure complements, rather than dominates, your outdoor setting.
Each gazebo is made from fully planed, sustainably sourced green oak and constructed using traditional mortise and tenon joints. This time-honoured approach ensures exceptional strength and longevity, delivering genuine long-term value.
Oak is incredibly durable and naturally resistant to the elements, which means maintenance is minimal. You can allow the wood to weather naturally or apply UV-protective oils to retain its original tone. Periodic checks and light cleaning are usually all that’s needed to keep it looking its best.
Treatment is optional. Many customers choose to leave their oak gazebos untreated to enjoy the natural weathering process. However, if you prefer to maintain the warm honey tones of fresh oak, exterior wood oils can be applied annually.
Your gazebo frame will be delivered pre-numbered and securely packaged, with all components ready for assembly. We deliver nationwide and can coordinate with you or your contractor to ensure a smooth arrival, whether kerbside or on-site.
Many of our gazebos fall within permitted development rights, meaning planning permission often isn’t required. Wherever it is, the team can provide expert guidance and support to help you navigate the process confidently.
